Development of design and engineering documentation for automation systems of a manufacturing enterprise

Reell Engineering develops design and project documentation for automation and IT systems of manufacturing enterprises.

This development is carried out both for design documentation of individual automation cabinets and comprehensive automation and dispatching control of objects.

After the completion of these works, the customer receives a design/project documentation package sufficient for performance of installation. The documents are executed in English, German, or Russian.

We use Eplan CAD for development. Most common automation system components are Siemens, Rittal, Phoenix Contact, Sick, Festo.

Typical contents of a design documentation package for the production of automation cabinets:

• documentation register;
• electric schematic diagram;
• general arrangement drawing (3D) of the assembled cabinet;
• general arrangement drawing (3D) of wire boards;
• general arrangement drawing (2D wiring scheme) of each wire boards;
• table (drawing) of terminal blocks;
• list of elements;
• wire table;
• vector layouts of plates.

Additional documents prepared for a project package:

• explanatory note;
• structural diagram of the hardware set;
• communications diagram;
• data flows diagram;
• list of input and output signals;
• connection scheme for external wires;
• table of external connections;
• cable logbook;
• specifications for equipment and materials;
• drawings of videoframes (interfaces of operator panels and computer displays).

Additional documents can be developed upon agreement with the customer.
