Reell Engineering company has developed a web-interface for logistics and production processes for assembly lines in the automotive industry based on SAP SCM data.

Visualization provides a simple and intuitive perception of information about the readiness of key component parts for assembly, representation of the assembly process, quick navigation and search.

The web interface is implemented on the basis of the Internet Information Services 8 (IIS 8) server running on the Windows Server 2012 R2 operating system, using the ASP.NET core 2.1 platform and the Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 DBMS.

Data on the supply of components and the progress of the assembly process in the web-interface is received by means of HTTP requests from the SAP SCM 7.0 module of the SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 system.

Data on the movement of components and the assembly process directly at the field level is generated by an identification and tracking system developed on the basis of Siemens Simatic S7-1500 PLCs, Siemens Simatic RF200 and Siemens Simatic RF600 series RFID readers and Sick optical identification scanners.

Based on the events of the identification and tracking system, the SCADA system Siemens WinCC OA generates primary accounting documents in SAP SCM using HTTP requests.

We invite you to use the Reell Engineering competencies in software and equipment integration within all levels of enterprise management systems according to ISA95/ IEC 62264.
